I would like to stay there again.

We were a group of six friends, and the apartment met our expectations and even exceeded them. We all came back very satisfied with our stay. It was comfortable, clean, warm, and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, a living room, and comfortable bedrooms. Communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant.

New, clean and well equipped apartment that is 30 minutes by the regional bus away from Innsbruck

The apartment was very nice and very well equipped. Everything was clean. It was near the bus stop so it was easy to reach.

The owner did not send us the welcome cards for the free transport so we had to pay even though we could have got it for free. We had to throw away the garbage at the end of the stay but at other places it is the part of the paid cleaning.

The apartment was clean, comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was in a great location, very close to the bus stop and supermarket. The mountain view from the balcony was great.

Lovely stay close to Innsbruck

Our host Adjin was so helpful - he allowed us to check in early and went out of his way to accomodate other needs that we had given we were travelling with a baby. The apartment is so lovely, new and clean. The location is right next door to a supermarket and a short 15min drive from Innsbruck town. It’s the perfect base if you have a car and want to explore the region!

Lovely spaceous and comfortable property. It had everything we needed and was clean and modern. The bus to Innsbruck goes from close to the property so you don't need a car, and the Innsbruck welcome card we received on check in gave us free bus travel for our stay.

The road was quite noisy, as it the main road through the village but it wasn't too bad. We probably noticed it more because it was hot and we had all the windows open.

Highly recommended!

It's an amazing place to stay! Very comfy, stylish and spotless. While tiny, you feel absolutely comfortable and have everything you need for your stay (apart from salt, spices and cooking oil — in case you plan to make your own food, but a supermarket is next door, easy). We had a tiny, cosy balcony with a mountain view that made the morning coffee a fantastic experience. I can only highly recommend it.

Beautiful apartment close to Innsbruck.

Beautiful apartment close to Innsbruck. We spent there a week during spring time. The apartment is equipped with all needed items, the host was communicative and helpful. Next to the location there are grocery stores and restaurants, bus stops and close to the mountain trails. We received also Innsbruck Welcome Package, which enables you to use public transport and get some discounts (which we used for Swarovski Kristallwelten). Highly recommended :)

Relaxing stay close to city and ski

Perfect location, very clean and everything you need. The host was very kind and he even picked us up from the station. Easy to reach using public transportation and a ski to Axamer Lizum stops just 100m from the apartment.

Well appointed and comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Brilliant holiday! Convenient for slopes at Mutters, Axamer Lizum and beyond, supermarket, buses, sports shop and a great Thai restaurant next door. Highly recommended.

Er war Erlebnisreich und einzigartig. Außerdem hatten wir viel Spaß und konnten schöne Erinnerungen sammeln.

Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Außerdem konnte man von dort aus viele Sehenwürdigkeiten schnell erreichen. Die Umgebung war zusätzlich auch echt ruhig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war angenehm und er war immer ansprechbar. Außerdem fühlte man sich auf Augenhöhe.

Uns fällt nichts ein was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Wohnung sauber und schön eingerichtet aber für uns nicht passend gewesen

Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Hatten zwei Einzelbetten ausgewählt und nur Doppelbett und Sofa bekommen. Aber kein zweites Bettlaken fürs Sofa. Englisches Mail am Anreisetag bekommen (Deutsche in Österreich, muss das sein?), für uns auch viel zu spät. Will im Urlaub keine Mails lesen! Mussten alle Angaben zur Person, Telefonnummer, Mail noch einmal per Telefon und WhatsApp durchgeben. Sehr anstrengend und hatten bei einem so kurzen Aufenthalt eigentlich auch keine Lust dazu. Die Frage ob wir mal eben, tagsüber zurück ins Zimmer kommen können, war schon sehr frech. Entweder sind die Angaben mit Einzelbetten übers Portal nicht angekommen oder wurden nicht beachtet. Badewanne wurde über die Bilder versprochen, war aber auch nicht dabei. Blick auf die Berge nur wenn man sich anstrengt und die anderen Häuser sich wegdenkt. Insgesamt anstrengend.

Soggiorno davvero fantastico ❤️

Assolutamente tutto. L'appartamento era super pulito, molto accogliente, dotato di tutto (addirittura forno, microonde e lavastoviglie). Tutto molto moderno. Ho adorato anche l'ingresso, con lo specchio all'entrata. Il letto era davvero tanto comodo, profumato ed anche i cuscini erano comodi. Il getto della doccia era fantastico, rilassante e potevi regolare la temperatura in modo perfetto. C'era anche il balcone, con vista sulle montagne. Tutto molto emozionante. Inoltre, abbiamo avuto il parcheggio privato davanti l'ingresso. Che dire, è stato un soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto! Inoltre, Axams è facilmente raggiungibile coi mezzi (occorrono solo 20 minuti con la navetta e passa ogni quarto d'ora più o meno) e la fermata è ad un minuto a piedi. Inoltre, il proprietario è stato così gentile da venire di persona il primo giorno per chiedere se andava tutto bene, se avevamo problemi e ci ho fornito la Welcome Card per viaggiare gratuitamente e per altri ingressi ridotti. Non volevo più tornare a casa, per quanto sono stata bene in quell'appartamento. Davvero tutto tutto fantastico. Assolutamente da consigliare e se mai dovessi tornare ad Innsbruck, sceglierei ad occhi chiusi di nuovo questa struttura ❤️❤️❤️❤️

La localisation (facilitée par la carte de transport gratuit qui nous a été remise), les équipements, le confort et la propreté.

Nous trouvons étonnant de n'avoir reçu que 4 capsules de café pour 3 nuits et 2 personnes. Vu le prix du logement ceci nous a semblé mesquin, d'autant plus que nous avons exprimé notre déception lors de la remise des clés.

Goed ontvangst, veel ruimte, super schoon, goed bed. Ik heb eigenlijk geen minpunten. Verhuurder was heel behulpzaam en flexibel. Mocht ik nog eens in Innsbruck zijn dan twijfel ik niet om hier weer te boeken!

Prima appartement op centrale locatie voor veel activiteiten.

Heel mooi ruim appartement met restaurant, bakker, fietsverhuur en supermarkt naast de deur. Lekker balkon, wandel en fietsroutes volop in de omgeving.

Er zou ook een schemerlamp in het appartement geplaatst mogen worden. De verlichting is prima maar wel erg fel om 's avonds in de kamer te zitten. De douchewand is een beetje gammel terwijl de badkamer verder tip top is.

Schönes Apartment mit guter Lage

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft die sehr gut gelegen ist. Direkt neben Supermarkt und Bäcker. Wir haben von dort aus mit dem Auto alles bequem unter einer Stunde erreicht (Grawa Wasserfall, Top of Tirol etc).

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Hauptstraße, dementsprechend war es nachts ziemlich laut mit offenem Fenster und wir nicht ganz so gut geschlafen haben. Ein paar mehr Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine wären auch drin gewesen sowie vielleicht Salz und Pfeffer zum kochen ;)

super appartement, spacieux, bien équipé, propre et bien placé. L'hôte était vraiment sympathique et accueillant. Il nous a bien conseillé sur la destination et les éléments de l'appartement. Le balcon et stationnement privé étaient super.

Notre seul petit point est qu'il n'y avait d'air climatisé et que le ventilateur ne fonctionnait pas. Comme nous étions dans la canicule, il a fait chaud, mais les portes et fenêtres grandes ouvertes ont remédié à la situation pendant la nuit.
