Modern two-storey villa with cozy outdoor area with heated private pool in the beautiful Vista Golf complex. The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.
The house
The villa is modern and stylish. Upstairs is 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath and shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.
The house is fully equipped with electric hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, safe, air conditioning (hot / cold), unlimited internet access (WiFi), satellite TV and DVD player.
The outdoor area
The outdoor area has a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, parasol, garden, parking and private swimming pool (5.5 mx 4 m / 1.5 m) with electric pool heating (extra charge) and solar pool heating (ideal bathing temperatures can not be guaranteed).
