Wonderful 2-bedroom Villa with Golf view in Maspalomas Salobre Golf. Situated in the exclusive Salobre Golf Resort, only 8 minutes drive from the beach of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés. The contrast between the golf course, the rocky hills, and the Atlantic Ocean in the background creates a unique atmosphere of privacy, luxury, and tranquillity. The modern decoration and the first-class materials used will make your stay very comfortable and pleasant.
It has two spacious double bedrooms, one with double bed on the first floor, which has direct access to the garden and pool. The other bedroom, located on the first floor, has two single beds with direct access to a fantastic sun terrace with panoramic views. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot-cold) and a private bathroom.

Maspalomas is a quiet resort with a beautiful sandy beach and a large selection of bars, restaurants and cafes, all within 10 minutes from the villa.
The surrounding region offers many other magnificent beaches to explore. Las Palmas, the main settlement on the island, is a fifty minute drive along the coast.
Car hire is recommended to get around the area easily and comfortably.

Elle ne reçoit pas l'attention qu'elle mérite ! Manque d'entretien flagrant, QUEL DOMMAGE !
Portes de placard qui ne ferment pas, poignées de portes dévissées (voire arrachées), éclairage insuffisant (2 ampoules sur 3 ne fonctionnent pas, voire aucune dans l'escalier), 1 seule casserole de 14cms, 2ème trousseau de clés ne fonctionne pas, robinet qui laisse passer un filet d'eau (filtre bouché) et j'en oublie sans doute ...
Et surtout, notre hôte qui se contente d'envoyer ses instructions 8 jours avant l'arrivée, ne répond à aucun message et qui se manifeste, la veille du check-out, pour que les poubelles soient vidées ....
Bref, ce Pablo ne mérite pas son titre d' "HOTE" , ni d'être référencé chez Abritel
