The help were exceptional. They took our bags up & down. They even gave us a ride to our next stay which was down the street. We could only stay 1 night because they were closing. Very clean, large bathroom, nice shower with hot water & good pressure. I liked the hooks on the wall. Room had end tables &a place to put things on. Bed large enough for 2 people. Breakfast was ok with variety
The beds were low & I had fallen & hurt my knee. It was difficult getting out of bed. The bed was not soft but not as firm as I’m used to. I couldn’t call downstairs, even with my own phone, because no one answered. I had to go in person which I avoided because of my knee until breakfast. TV doesn’t have English subtitles. I used my Netflix on my phone when I wanted to watch TV.

The included breakfast was awesome.

Excellent location, short walk to the ski slopes.
Very hot (almost too hot, we had the windows open constantly).
Beds very narrow, breakfast was very minimal (museli, ham and cheese, bread, cakes).
But there was no communal area for socialising in the evening! Given we were a group of six this was frustrating.
