The memory phone, free breakfast, they refilled the fresh drinking water everyday. Talk about hospitality the guy at the front desk called multiple times to check in on us on the way from venice because we arrived at the hotel at 9 pm. He also told us that if we would arrive after 10 pm to let him know so he would wait.
Nothing, it was perfect!
