Location is perfect, right by the beach. Heated swimming pool was very clean, kids loved it. Balcony lake view is awesome. Grassy territory, a pizza place nearby. Two bedrooms, big kitchen and two bathrooms. No A/C, but it was not that hot.
Pull out sofa was broken, but management promised to fix it. Also there is no place outside to make a BBQ, but the is a propane grill on the balcony and a big dining table inside the apartment.

good location , pool and spa
beds were no good , broken bed frame in one room and the dirty bbq utensils left out from previous rental , the hand railing is broken going up the stairs and just kinda dirty inside each room
