Located in the beautiful Boulder Bay area nearby the lake, Pleasure Point Marina, Boulder Bay Park and Castle Rock trail. Just a short drive to the Village, Alpine Slide, the slopes, Convention Center and more!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200 sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed (connects with third bedroom). Upstairs third bedroom has two twin/double bunk beds (connects with second bedroom). Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Cable TVs, along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.
OUTDOORS - Patio furniture on large deck. Enjoy the spacious back deck with beautiful forest views or the expansive fenced backyard perfect for your furry friend to run around in!
