Overall excellent stay, just wanted to provide a little feedback of what needs to be fixed.

Location, host, amenities. BBQ grille, Kitchen, and Jacuzzi are a plus. It was very clean, and the host responded quickly. They even allowed a late check-out. I would definitely stay here again. The backyard deck, big back yard and front porch was awesome.

The beds were worn and a bit uncomfortable. We needed to dispose of our own trash; they did not have a designated area on site. Some of the lights were not functioning in the 1st floor room and the room across from the twin bedroom. The top step was loose; we almost tripped a few times. The remote to the room was broken. The Keriug was not working for single pods.
