Very nice place in a typical old Building. Very kind and helpful owner. Check in was super easy and fast.I received great recommendations for dinner and Cafés.

We stayed just one night in our travels, and it was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable, and the check-in and check-out process was easy! Parking could be a challenge--we had already parked outside of town. The shared lobby space was nice and had we stayed longer would have been great to check emails.

We had to leave very early, so the cafe contracted for breakfast was not yet open. Stick with coffee and fresh OJ.

The main plus is that Caterina, the owner, genuinely cares about the welfare of all her guests and is prompt with her replies regarding any issue whatsoever. She even provides brilliant recommendations of restaurants and bars in the area. The property is in a quiet area, but very close to the train station, as well as to the historic centre. There was a problem with the air conditioning on my first night due to batteries needing to be replaced in the remote, and Caterina, apart from being genuinely apologetic about the situation, sorted out the problem the very next day. The shower, air conditioning, WiFi and cleanliness, are all very good in the property and Caterina's immediate responses, instructions for check-in and check-out, and direct communication via WhatsApp, are key to staying at this cosy property in the heart of Lecce because you know you are in very safe hands

Well located and the terrasse is nice.

Breakfast is not within the structure on the contrary of what is indicated on Booking. they propose tickets to exchange for “breakfast” at a bar where you only have one coffee and a poor croissant. When I asked for explanation about that point, the owner was aggressive. Also, the shower was not working well.
