The guesthouse is very welcoming and has a warm homely feel. The host Jena was extremely friendly and attentive. The view of Ben Nevis from the room was superb, and as cold as it was outside, indoors was perfectly toasty.
There is nothing to improve. The room has everything you need and everything is extremely local.

Host was phenomenal - very personable and went above and beyond for us during our stay. We mentioned to her we were hiking Ben Nevis the following day and she prepared take away lunches for our hike.

Lovely suite in this B and B, a very comfy bed and amazing shower. Friendly host and lovely doggy, good breakfast, and easy enough to walk the couple of miles into Fort William, though I would recommend a taxi back.
Only small confusion was lack of plug sockets in main bedroom, meaning the oil heater had to be plugged in right by the head of the bed, which dried my throat out and woke me up.

Cracking breakfast and good in-room facilities

Very clean and nice rooms, friendly hosts, jacuzzi, and nice shower. Beds were a little harder than I’m used to though.
A suggestion for the staff during breakfast time would be to make a pot of coffee for guests as opposed to using a single service machine. Especially when everyone comes down around the same time from 8-9. Not the accommodation’s fault but there was a group of guests that spent 15-20 minutes filling up their large to go coffee tumblers and then we had to wait for staff to load more coffee in. I just think a pot of coffee for guests would be more efficient.

Hot tub great after our long walk
Spotless
Great breakfast
Attentive staff
Can’t do nothing about it but little too far from anywhere for an evening meal so need transport of some kind

The room was quite comfortable. The breakfast was terrific, and tge hot tub at tge end of the day was great.
The location is quite far away from the town, which we didn’t understand. A taxi is necessary to come and go from the house and the town if you don’t have a car, and it can take a while to get a taxi.

Fantastic views, the warm and friendly welcome and the hot tub was an added bonus! We stayed here for my wife’s 40th birthday and the owner went out their way to make it extra special. Very conscientious, very accommodating. Great with the kids.
Couldn’t fault it

Friendly staff. Easy to communicate with. Nice to-go breakfast since we departed before the normal breakfast time. Very close to Ben Nevis Distillery and had good views of Ben Nevis.
Some instructions on how to use the coffee maker. The towel dryer/warmer in the bathroom didn't work. The ice machine in the lobby was not working.

We were late for 8 PM check in and was arguing a bit about the late check in charge, but eventually we paid 20 GBP before check in. However, the same check in woman was still mean to us when she was serving breakfast in the second morning! I was like? What the …? I couldn’t believe why she did that on second morning, was she mad at us because we could not understand Scottish accent well? I believe most ppl might have that issue and would ask for repeat. I hope the owner could train the staff better how to treat the guesses well!

Our room was lovely and spacious as was our bathroom. Shower was good and toiletries were lovely. Loved that we had a coffee machine and a fridge in our room. And the ice machine in the hallway was such a nice touch. Also loved that we had the use of a hot tub
Nothing really, everything was lovely

Great location! Family room was great for us in terms of size and layout, enough space to let the baby roam around. Breakfast options were plenty and the service kind. Netflix worked.
The main bed’s mattress was really uncomfortable with springs that even got stuck occasionally and then suddenly sprung noisily minutes later which was impossible at night which is why we all ended up sleeping in the baby’s room. WiFi connection was nearly not present. The bathroom would benefit from an extra shelf for toiletries.
Even though I understand they (presumably) aim to minimize early check-in by charging 25£ in cash, I would have appreciated some kindness (given we’re travelling with a nearly one year old) and waive that fee for just the 2.5 hours, given the rather large sum the family room already requires.

The staff, the accommodation, the food, the owner's pet dog, everything was just lovely about this place. Such a comfy room, clean bathroom. and everything from the soap dispensers to the shower head to the dining area were all top quality!
Only unfortunate thing was the hot tub was out of order because rain water from the road kept splashing in the tub because of passing lorries (there was a torrential downpour when we arrived). The owner did everything they could to get it right though, so no big deal.

The room was lovely. Comfy bed. Large TV.
Clean.
The hot tub although difficult to close the lid alone.
It is by a busy road although this is made clear so I am not marking the property down for this. Just be aware.

We stayed in a twin room which was extremely comfortable for 2 nights The room had robes and slippers we could use to go to the hot tub in which we could book our time slot before arriving.
The room did have a full size under counter fridge which was ideal for us along with a kettle and a coffee pod machine. It also had a settee.
One morning we was out hiking Ben Nevis before breakfast and the friendly host made us a bag to go. This had much more then we were expecting and helped to compliment our packed lunches also. The muffins were enjoyed when we stopped for a snack on Ben Nevis.
We also did manage to make breakfast on our final morning. We were expecting just continental which was lovely - fresh fruit, hams and cheeses, breads and pastries, cereals and yoghurts. We then were shown a menu for cooked breakfasts which had a good selection. I opted for the eggs Benedict and my sister a full Scottish. We left feeling very full. The room also had a fan which was needed as we seemed to have visited on one of Scotland’s hottest days of the year.
The B&B was just a short drive to the town where we went for dinner, and about 15-20mins drive to the viaduct. This is worth arriving early to get parking. We arrived 30mins early to the train and got one of the last parking spots.
We did struggle with the heat in the bathroom as the towel rail was constantly on. We thought it may have been linked to the light so opted for a dark shower but it still omitted heat on a very hot day.
We also found not all the jets worked in the hot tub so only used it for one of our booked sessions. Being a previous hot tub owner I know the controls but just couldn’t get 3 of the seats to work.
