Jeana was very welcoming. Her home is well presented, with everything you need, from a coffee machine to a fridge. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in in a while and the room was very clean. The place is very dog friendly (Jeana will even provide a dog bed and towel, as well as a little goodie bag with treats, poo bags and a ball) and has a little enclosed garden at the front. The location was good for our needs. The breakfast selection was great.
The location was good for our needs, but it's a bit out of the way (although the centre of Fort William is less than 10 min away by car). The window of the room faced a busy street, so we could not keep it open at night (but it was very sound proof!)
