Really clean and tidy. The beds were so comfy and the log burner kicked out enough heat to warm the whole place. Views were stunning. Timber was stacked when we arrived so didn’t have to shop for this and the kitchen had tea, coffee with lots of appliances.

Very warm and truly cosy cottage with brilliant location with views of the Glencoe mountains and lochs
The tap on the toilet sink appeared loose on use and unfortunately it leaked from below the sink bowl while we were out one day. It meant we couldn't use it but didn't cause a major issue as it was the last day of our stay. I reported it direct to the owner on our departure but I didn't receive a reply

A charming cottage in a fantastic Glencoe Village location—close to amenities and only a short drive from some of Scotland’s most stunning scenery. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would happily recommend.
If I had to split hairs, the main bedroom could benefit from a slightly larger bed, as it felt more like a small double—though it was still very comfortable. Also worth noting that some local places close during the winter season, so planning ahead is helpful. Not a criticism at all, just something to be aware of for future guests

It was warm comfortable and stylish. It was not pretentious though. It had a simple elegance. It was nicely situated with an open outlook I felt at home there and would definitely go back.

The cottage is wonderful. We stayed the weekend of Storm Amy & still had the best time. The kitchen is well equipped, the lounge is super cosy with a log burner, the beds are exceptionally comfortable. When the power went out a gas stove was delivered so we could still cook.
30 mins from Ben Nevis, 25 from Fort William. Great walks on the doorstep. And great restaurant (Moss) within walking distance.
Nothing.

Very homely , good size , comfy beds, home from home
Only niggle was squeeky door hinges on bedroom door but otherwise couldn't fault it

We absolutely loved staying at the cosy cottage. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We especially appreciated that there were books, maps, and information on the hiking routes in the area. That helped us plan our time in Glencoe.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. But it is important to note that there are few dining options around Glencoe and they book up early. So be sure to make a reservation. That said, the coop in Ballachulish has everything you could need for and the kitchen at cosy cottage is well equipped for cooking.

Our only little comment about the cottage was that there were dog hairs on the sofa - which personally we didn’t appreciate -it didnt feel like the sofas had been hoovered for some time -

This is one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in. The comfort and location was outstanding. It’s very very quiet but yet close to whatever you would want to do in the area including a few minutes only to a pub and restaurant. It’s clean and superbly appointed. It is missing nothing that you might want or need.

The property is tucked in at the end of a row and off the Main Street, so you really feel it’s a cottage on its own. The views from the front and back of the property were just outstanding, with the mountains either side. Stunning decor inside, beautiful wooden worktops. Plenty of kitchen equipment and utensils for cooking, and large fridge for storing food. Really comfy beds, and plenty of storage. Real Log fire was an added bonus. 2 veranda doors to the decking outside and a picnic bench for outside, and plenty of garden area for the dog to enjoy.
We had the car, easy parking, and good to get around all the areas we wanted to. But you could easily walk to the nearest shop for groceries or restaurant or cafes, or set off on a hike from the door step.
Clare was really helpful, and easy to contact and quick response. We had an issue with the tv and she was wanting to come out that night to help us, but we managed to fix it. We felt she was so accommodating and easy to talk to, and happy about asking any questions. And the welcome book had loads of information on how to work everything in the cottage.
Remember to buy newspaper or fire sticks for the fire as we had a job at starting the log fire to begin with, but on the second night we got the hang of it. There was plenty of kindling and cut logs inside the property and outside by the log stack, so there was no shortage. No qualms with the property at all, loved every bit of it, wish we could stay longer. The shop close by doesn’t have a huge amount of selection of foods, so make sure to go to the other smaller supermarket further. Really no faults with this accommodation. Loved it.

The property is extremely cute, and very well sized. It has a great view of the mountains and is very conveniently located.
The instructions to find the property could have been a bit more clear, we had to drive around a bit to find the right property.

Beautiful cottage, well furnished and in an incredible location. Having the garden fully fenced was a big comfort for us dog wise, with stunning views out of every window. Would highly recommend.

The cottage was exceptional especially all the little touches that make such a difference it was warm cosy and spotlessly clean the location was amazing beds comfortable with no expense spared throughout. WiFi was better than at home !!
Def not a dislike but just on a personal level couldn’t park right outside which with a disabled child was awkward.
The shower was a little temperamental and difficult to get right.

The place is just perfect! The cottage has a wonderful feel with lots of natural light and great views. Fantastic space to chill after outdoor adventures. Our school age kids and our little dog loved the cottage. We would book it again if we are in the area.

This beautifully renovated property with woodburner is indeed very cosy! Everything has been thought of. The quality of finish of the interior decor is superb, as is the quality of furnishings etc. The beds are extremely comfy. The views are awesome (especially in winter as we could see through the trees to the loch on one side - the other side is a view of mountains). The place was spotlessly clean. Claire (host), was a joy to communicate with. I would heartily recommend this accommodation to friends and I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. What a gem! :-)
