Amazing location, beautiful lodge, perfect hot tub indoors, heated floors, lots of tea and coffee, fridge, cooker, even had a dishwasher! It is pet friendly so I was able to bring my cat. He loved going up and down the stairs.
The bed was super comfortable but the frame squeaks the whole night. The bathroom window is huge and has no blinds at all, I you're facing the trees and it's unlikely there will be anyone there, but it's uncomfortable at night when you can't see out but could see in.

The location is beautiful and the huge bath is amazing. Very beautiful bathroom. Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. Communication was good via email and it was an easy self check-in. We’ve stayed in one of the other lodges before and absolutely loved it and thought it’d be lovely to experience one of the spa lodges. It was a lovely experience and the bathroom is stunning. However if we stayed again, we would probably choose one of the octagonal lodges.
THE STAIRS!!! A very clever invention, however they do not feel safe at all. Getting up and down them during the night in dark is not for the faint hearted. It was also a hassle taking anything up, so we ended up getting dressed in the kitchen which is less than ideal but the thought of tackling the stairs with a weekend bag and a small suitcase was not an option. We also had an issue with the heating during the night as it was far too hot and we couldn’t really make sense of how the heating worked, so didn’t have the best night sleep. We also wished the layout had been slightly different, that beautiful view but the sofa faces a wall.

A peaceful getaway in the woods while still being close to amenities. A clean, well-stocked and cosy space with the best bathtub in Glencoe! The sound of the river is also a lovely bonus.

The bath and the views here are unbeaten, we love the set up and the feeling of actually detaching when we come to visit!
The eco-friendly products are a lovely touch as well as the robes and slippers.
It was snowing outside but we felt so warm and cosy in the cabin with the underfloor heating and loved opening the curtains in the morning to look out onto the snow!
I love the fact there is no TV so we actually had a chance to spend quality time together, go walks, read and just enjoy the lodge!!

Ideal for couples weekend away. Lodge was cosy and close to amenities. We loved the sound of the waterfall at the back of the lodge.

The location is beautiful, next to a lovely brook, stunning mountain views, very quiet despite being close to a road.
The extraction fan filter above the cooker desperately needs cleaning. As soon as you walk in there is an overwhelming smell of stale grease and cooking. You can smell it on all the fabrics and soft furnishings. You turn on the extractor fan and it blasts more gone off fat and grease odour into the living and bedroom area. To cook anything in the oven or on the hob you have to have all the windows and doors open. Even before we started cooking, the smell was becoming overwhelming so we opened all doors and windows to try and reduce the smell. Chilly in winter!
The bath/jacuzzi was gritty on the sides and base, which suggests it has been "cleaned" with a rinse of water, rather than washed down with a cloth or scrubbed between guests. It was grim sitting in there with the gritty feel from previous guests so we emptied it out and cleaned it ourselves. Not nice, or what we had paid for.
Small bug bears include 12 herbs but no salt and pepper? No tin foil to try and support clean cooking in the oven. There were two tea towels provided but no cloths?
I think it could be really nice, but easy fixes with the cleanliness would make it more enjoyable.

We loved the cabin and would definitely recommend. The area is beautiful and the host was super friendly too! All the cooking facilities you could need to prepare dinner, perfect for a few nights away with your partner.
We actually loved this part of the stay but I would just highlight to others if you do struggle with stairs the foldable staircase to the sleeping area is pretty steep so probably wouldn't be ideal. Personally I felt like this added an element of adventure like we were staying in a wee treehouse!

Such a tranquil place.
The waterfall behind the lodges make it relaxing. So peaceful being surrounded by nature.

Jacuzzi bath and outside area were really nice features.
The fold down stairs to the mezzanine bedroom were quite steep. We took our dog with us and he couldn’t make it up and down easily, so we had to carry him.
It was quite an expensive stay for what it was. We also opted for the romance package but really we should’ve enquired what this was beforehand as £30 for two balloons, a box of chocolates and some petals seemed a lot. On top of paying nearly £200 for the stay we also had to pay the additional £20 for the night for the dog.

The staff made us feel welcome from the second we met them until we left. Very friendly. The drive up to the property is stunning and the views at the property were amazing. Very relaxing.

The property was absolutely stunning right next to a Woodland walk. Beautiful bathroom with jacuzzi bath and huge walk in shower and double sinks.
The ladder type stairs were a challenge and didn't feel safe. Perhaps a suggestion of adding some kind of gate at the top of the stairs? We had two little dogs with us and they could easily have fallen where the empty space was. In hindsight although property is advertised as dog friendly this actually made it not so in my opinion.

Everything about the place was lovely, friendly staff and clean lodges
Not so much a dislike, however the price was a lot for 1 night. The place was lovely but just a little pricy.

The location was totally idyllic and peaceful even although it was just a few hundred yards from the main road. The clever, quirky design of the lodge delivered a real wow factor, especially the foldaway stairs leading to the loft bedroom. The bathroom with the walk-in rain shower and huge jacuzzi bathtub is designed to luxury standards; better than you will get in most top hotels and at a very reasonable rate for an overnight stay.
There was nothing about this property that we didn't like.

Location, quietness, comfort
Stair case - potentially dangerous without a hand rail (could easily be fitted to wall and not be restricted by the folding nature of the stairs)
No microwave - Bath controls at back, difficulty reaching taps to turn off if water too hot to step into bath.

Amazing location, design and build is outstanding. Owners couldn't do enough for you, made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Literally a 2 minute walk and your on the Loch fishing 🎣. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to have some relaxing time away.
There was literally only one downside and that was midges but it was a very damp weekend and problem solved with a midge candle from local shop.

Lovely lodge in fabulous condition
The only thing that would make a difference is a media speaker or something to play music on. Also there is a fantastic mirror in the bathroom but none anywhere else so when drying hair you can't use the bathroom one and have to dry your hair blind using another plug in the lodge. It's a mile walk to nearest amenities

Location is amazing, sitting under mountain views in front of a lake. The design of the place is really nice. The king size bed was super comfortable and the bathroom is luxurious.
No wifi (and weak cell signal) -- not sure how I missed this when booking. It's so common now that I think a special note should be made of the fact that there isn't wifi. I understand that for some travelers, that might be a bonus. Second, the curtain to cover the large windows could not be fully closed because the mechanism for closing them was stuck/broken. That allowed in early light and woke us up a bit earlier than planned. The stairs are so clever, although navigating them in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom is a bit difficult. Finally, a tiny thing, it would be handy to have some hooks just outside/adjacent to the shower for towels/robes.

Beautiful lodge in a stunning location. Stayed for 1 night with my partner. Extra requests catered for by staff who were welcoming and friendly. Accommodation was spotless. Bathroom was huge and jacuzzi bath fantastic. 10 minute walk to center of Ballachulish and really handy for the nearby stunning Munros and Forest walks in and around the Glencoe area. Highly recommended
