    Very satisfied with the stay. We had been assigned a room with column park view. Hotel's location is very good with a 10 min walk to old city centre. Room's windows were sound proof but walls' soundproofing was subpar. Regarding cleanliness, there we some specks on the floor but it wasn't much of a bother. I'm sure the amazing staff would be eager to help and schedule vacuuming. There is a water fountain in the restaurant on the ground floor with bottles to be lent under a 5€ deposit. Restaurant has amazing continental breakfast which can be easily veganised.

    I booked this hotel because of the many positive reviews that I’ve read. It was my first time in Mallorca and thankfully the staff in this hotel made things lighter in a way they gave me papers which contain recommendations on restaurants and a city map as well!! They also offered me a champagne too which is nice. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful during my stay and if anyone asks me if im coming back for another holiday here? Definitely!! Mallorca is a lovely place and i would definitely choose this hotel again if given a chance.

    Staff, especially the receptionists were great and very helpful. Rooms clean, location is good though some strange people across the street in the park. Overall great experience.

    mattress are old, room size is good, breakfast is really bad. noise isolation isn't good
