La posizione è centralissima . La casa offre una vista perfetta sulla baia, godibile dal patio coperto. È ben tenuta e dotata di tutti i confort.
Unico piccolo neo è la mancanza di un parcheggio proprio... compensato con ben 3 parcheggi pubblici nelle vicinanze in cui abbiamo sempre trovato da parcheggiare.
