About this apartment rental
Beautiful, well-equipped 80 m² apartment with stunning sea views, close to the beach. Located just a few minutes' walk from Farella and Les Tonyines beaches, you can also walk to the port and all the shops. Suitable for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 people. Air-conditioned and with private parking at the entrance. Ideal for families.
Spacious living/dining room, 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a large shower and toilet, plus a second bathroom with a separate toilet. Comfortable, high-quality mattresses and bed linen are included. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, espresso machine, and ample cookware and tableware for a pleasant stay.
Each bedroom has a TV.
30 kilowatts of free electricity per week is included; any excess will incur additional charges to prevent overuse. Minimum stay: 7 days.
Cleaning fees, taxes, bed linen, and bath towels are not included. Beach towels are not included; pets are not allowed.
The tourist tax is payable upon arrival at the rate set by the state (except for children under 16).

L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de la ville et des plages. Il offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. S'il n'y avait qu'un reproche, ce serait la présence de la route en contre-bas, assez passante ... inconvénient largement compensé pour nous par la vue magnifique.

climatisation très appréciable
plage à 3 minutes, très bon emplacement, vue exceptionnelle, place parking privé, pas de bruit (route passante sur balcon mais chambres arrière)

Lovely family who made us feel welcome when we arrived at the villa. The villa has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Great location that is near different beaches and only a short walk into the. centre of Llanca. We have had a lovely holiday staying here!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
Bien accueilli, l'appartement est très bien équipée , la literie est très bonne. La vue superbe. L'appartement est très bien placé par rapport à la plage les commerces le port . Le seul bémol est que la route qui passe en contre bas est très fréquentée autour du 15 août et cela s'entend. Par contre aucun soucis pour dormir on peut fermer les fenêtres et mettre la clim. On dort alors comme un bébé.
