Prime location. Even had an extra bed than was not listed.
No doorknob on the inside, struggled to close the door. It was hot when we first arrived and then became freezing when the AC finally kicked in overnight. We didn't get any blankets, just a sheet. The extra bed was not listed, but the room was awful with no curtains to block the light coming in

That you could just go to property and use the key code to get in. Nicely furnished apartment with upgrades. Roomy living room and dining area along with kitchen. Well furnished. Nice updated bathroom.
The laundry area could have been in a better location. Hard to get to and not very well lit. Could have been in parking area off to the side.

The property was close to South Beach main strip. Could walk to beach and all restaurants easily.
Price was perfect for the location.

Perfect location!
Easy to check in and out (internet needed, all door opening codes was sent by whatsupp)
Good WiFi connection.
The kitchen worked for our needs, we only needed it for breakfast, etc.
Nice and big beds.
Beach umbrella and beach chairs are there but we didn't use them.
Some of the booking.com reviews do not concern the apartment at 421 Collins Avenue, but are related to another property!
Parking carage small and we didn't get the answer where to park if carage would have been full.
NO washing mashines or dryer!
Roaches and bugs on the floors and walls.
Drying rack or something would be nice, there is no place to dry swimsuites or towels (still wet after 3 days)
We didn't get clean towels or sheets 8 days staying. Only 1 handtowel for 3 people.
There is no cleaning supply, so you can't wipe tables or swipe sand of the floor.
There is no door handle, so it is very difficult to close the door.
Black mold on the wall.
AC superloud, we couldn't hear eachother or watch tv when AC on.
No possibility to contact owners outsede office hours, super difficult if you have urgent question.
