Throughout the trip there was a group of men jackhammering every day from morning until afternoon. It wasn't the host's fault as he wasn't made aware but for the second time coming to Miami our place we rent was being worked on which made it hard to relax. (We came in December, stayed at a hotel and it was being worked on as well--not this particular property but OMG I couldn't catch a break from it!)The property was clean, we were allowed to bring in our luggage before the condo was ready which was super nice of the host to allow that! The only other complaint was the WIFI service which was out for a few days, and my partner was oncall for his work which was a pain. Other than that the condo area was nice, had a great pool area, it was close to the beach which was a must for me. You were allowed to get free beach loungers and an umbrella which was great as well. All in all a good trip!

The spot was nice. There was no beach view but one was not advertised so I wasn’t disappointed. The pool was nice and the beach was just out the back of the condo.

The property’s location is fantastic. You are within walking distance to many restaurants. The beach service was a great perk. All of the necessities are provided.

Just disappointed with the condo. It looked run down And having to park in the street was a major pain. Definitely will not be returning
