We had to stay 3 days but left after first

For a ‘2-star resort’ the place itself was so-so, but the surrounding area I would call a dump. There were abandoned nearby plots with up to 50 cm of garbage in some places. The beach was extremely dirty and I didn’t dare go into the water there. The staff spent all day on their phones instead of cleaning the tons of trash around. Don’t go to this part of the island if you don’t want to ruin your impression of it forever and be disgusted.”

Great location. It’s a 10 min walk from the pier and on the much quieter part of the island which was great. Easy walk into the more lively area, lots of restaurants and shops close by. It’s a 3 min walk to 2 diff beaches which is also great as it gives options to where to go. The staff were very nice!

Great staff, good location, budget accommodation

Location was great, being a small island it's easy to walk everywhere. Staff were friendly and communicated well. Meet me at the pier to collect and transport my luggage. Booked speed ferry from the accommodation to Krabi island and that was easy.

There was a tv with a box but the box didn't work, so could not watch any tv. The room was small and budget, but it was fine for one person for a night or too.

cheap for backpacker budget

we paid for a ‘deluxe’ room and we’re given the wrong room on arrival, we were then offered a room which hadn’t been cleaned and someone was clearly still staying in until we eventually complained and was offered the correct room but had to wait an hour for it to be cleaned (this is at 3pm when check in starts at 1pm) the rooms are dated and not very clean. shower was broken and the bed sheets and towels were ripped and needed replacing. it’s a fair walk to the main area of koh phi phi and there isn’t much close to the hotel.

They gave us another room straight away. And it was cheap.

A resort this not! No pool, no garden, no restaurant, no breakfast, no bar... Basically holiday camp accommodation/

Overall it would be okay if I would not have been eaten by bed bugs. I would not come back here.

Rude staff. At arrival there was a misunderstanding with the room. We got twins instead of doubles and no baby cot as requested. The administrator said you can go and look for something else rather than proposing some solution. Later they offered to change the room the next day. We asked for an astray they said they don't have and to use your imagination can, bottle or something else for it. Bed bugs. I thought it was mosquitoes, but after a few days I got bitten in a very delicate place so for sure in one of the two rooms there was a bed with bugs. Noisy spot, music booming till 2pm from beach bars.

Quiet location, near to beach. Watch out for the monkeys!

Location was perfect, in the the quieter side of the island and very close to the beach. Very cute cat who visited us from time to time. We also had a visit from monkeys who come down from the mountains sometimes! Staff picked us up and our luggage for free from the pier.

There were no sockets next to the bed. No outside table. The bathroom door was difficult to close all the way.

for the price and the bad room I got, would not stay here again

It was fine once I was moved, nothing really sticks out as to what I liked. Location was ok, a bit of a walk to town

The first night they had me in the worst room. It was right beside a busy and very loud buffet restaurant and there were tables right in front of my room as well. They didn’t have a proper key and the towels were ragged and looked like they were for a dog. It was definitely the only bad room, they were cleaning it last minute and I’m sure it was used for staff. I asked to be moved but they said they didn’t have any other rooms. An hour later I was in the office when another couple was just checking in, they did have another room so I’m not happy they weren’t honest with me. The next night I was moved. The room was fine but the walls are thin and could hear the family of 5 next door clearly

Clean and comfortable accommodation at the quiet end of town.

Located at the quiet end of the township but close to beaches, restaurants, bars, coffee, and shops. A large, comfortable (firm) bed with crisp clean linen. We were a group of family and friends and the staff arranged to put us in four adjacent rooms.

The water pressure in the shower was very weak. The balcony looked directly into a restaurant, so we rarely used it.

good location away from the party, 5 minute walk to the pier

Room was nothing like the pictures, it was too small for 2 people, lighting was rubbish and hardly any natural light and the room felt very run down. TV didn’t work. No plug sockets near the bed. Shower was broken so had to hold it while showering. Cockroaches came up through the sink hole and the maintenance guys had to come and kill them, we ended up blocking the sink hole with plastic bags.
