Really comfy beds!
Pool could have been bigger. Check in was a very hard process

-staff all included (security, cleaning, receptionist..) are very nice
- cleanliness
- bedding was comfortable
- room/bathroom and balcony are nice size (room with bathtub)
- plenty of restaurant, and convenient store less than 5 min walking
- 10 min away by scooter from training camps (Soi Ta-iad road)
Not hotel’s fault but some people can be overloud by the pool at doubtful time.

Price was affordable, but quality is top notch. Room was comfy, clean. The staff there are friendly too.
Maybe they ca increase the parking lots over there.

Loved the pool and extra large bed in the room.
Also cool that there was a fridge in the room.
The reception area was messy....with a fan standing in what was supposed to be a water feature.....towels and laundry room hanging open.
By the pool there was a painting lying face down on the floor.
There was 2 tea bags and coffee in the room but no milk or sugar.....who drinks it like this ?
No soap at the basin.....in a container in the bath /shower.
When I saw the room with bath I asked for swopping to a room with normal shower....she refused.
Checking out the next morning....there was nobody at reception....so we just left the key at the desk.
The workers need to learn some customer service and pay attention to small detail.
