The apartment is in a great location with amazing views of the Arrochar Alps. The apartment itself is small but cozy with 2 bedrooms, both ensuite which was really good. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay.

The property is ideally situated overlooking Loch Long. The property is very comfortable and a home from home. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. A lovely welcome pack and even our dog Raasay got a blanket, towels and gravy bones.

The view from the property is great. The sofas were comfy & the kitchen well stocked.
The property only has one tiny opening window & it isn’t in the main living space, which means significant amounts of moisture builds up, particularly as part of the property is a basement flat. There is a dehumidifier but it does little to help.
Access to the driveway requires you to stop on a bend of a main road & then reverse back down it which isn’t that safe & often led to us getting beeped by drivers unhappy that we had to stop there, even with us pulling to the side.
One of the bedrooms doesn’t have an exterior window.
No freestanding bathroom - both are en-suites which is fine unless like us you have a sleeping child in each room for the evening so can’t go to the loo without waking them.
No dishwasher.
Clear animosity between the owner of the property & the owner of the tea rooms next door. Didn’t appreciate being dragged into stories of arguments & discontent when trying to get a morning coffee!
