Loved the location…close to supermarket and restaurants, very walkable, clean and comfortable.
The shower was difficult…the water would go from burning hot to ice cold in a matter of seconds without warning.

The location is plus, near to the best view point of lisbon & in route to Tram 28. Valeria, who manages the property is super helpful. She helped us in reaching the bus station on time , as we were getting late and we were not able to book cab.
She also helped us in WiFi issue & some bathroom issues.
The property should be given a little bit extra care, hair dryer had dust on it & the water heating system makes the water too hot and you need to always switch between hot & cold while having shower.
The door lock is also a struggle, something to replace or repair.

Located on the top of the hill, near to Mirante da Graça. Nice restaurants and bakeries nearby. Tramway 28 and 15, 5 minutes away. The apartment is modest in a quiet neighborhood.
Unstable temperature in the shower and smelling issues with the toilet.
