Big apartament, acces to swimming pool

No wi-fi password was provided, although should have been included
In the kithcen there was no houseware at all - Not Even a fork or a pan or a kettle; practically the KITCHEN Could Not be used at all!

friendly and very helpful staff
The kitchen is not very well equiped - e.g.:
- the description says the apartment has microwave, toaster, dishwasher and electric kettle, but it doesn't.
- there is only 3 cups in an apartment for 4 adults and 1 child
- there is no chopping board
The double bed is missing a top mattress - we could easily feel the bed springs and had to ask for an extra duvet to remove some of the discomfort when laying in the bed

Maid service every day which we were not expecting. Quiet, clean pool. Quiet yet convenient location. Some staff members were helpful.
Broken toilet seat in apartment. Sink not working in second toilet.
