Location
The trouble I encountered when I first got there, trying to get in through the gate and then not knowing pad lock code for the room. That should've all been emailed to me before I arrived.

The unit is close to the beach.
It needs to be upgraded. Pots and pans are old and scraped. Kitchen shelves are falling apart.
Also, there is a lot of noise coming from the street busy road.
