It was a very nice property.There was a few ants in the kitchen and they had a new refrigerator delivered on the 1st full day.I was there, so I had to be in the house for a little while.For that which was a bummer. Overall the location was really great and it was pretty quiet being that close to the street. We would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed here for the Sand in My Boots festival. Gorgeous property with easy access to the beach and a short drive to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed it!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is great & having 2 fridges was really convenient for our large group. My only two criticisms is that we did not get our questions/comments about the property answered by the manager & the general cleanliness. The property had sand in it upon our arrival. The washer has mold which made our clothes smell weird once we washed them. I made the property manager aware but they did not respond. One of the bunk beds also does not have a functional safety rail. Luckily, we did not need to use that bed. It is definitely not safe for young children as-is.
Overall we had a great time! The lagoon in the back was perfect for our young children.

We have stayed here 3 times previous and this 4th was not best experience.
We needed 3 codes through the first few days to get one that worked to be able to get in. Did not get an overnight number til later Sat. Took up to 6 times for code to work. Just kept spinning. After drivjng over 12 hours we wanted to get in. Finally someone came and oiled lock and then worked on loke to 3rd day. So getting in was an issue for the first couple days.
There was much trash ..old food under sofa and food and dishes under one of bunk beds. Mold is very apparent in washing machine.
And communication was iffy about issues. I could not access checkout and while i think I remember did not have a real list. I think we left in good shape.
We will likely not be back even though generally speaking have loved this house. We have many great memories.
