Just a short walk from Alness’ pubs and restaurants, this first floor apartment is within easy reach of Inverness, Loch Ness and Fort George.. 13 external steps to entrance.

Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Kimberley Apartment occupies the first floor of a detached building in the grounds of the owner’s home. Accessed via its own external staircase, it is situated on a quiet road in Alness within a short level walk of all amenities. The door opens onto the living area, leading through an archway to the well equipped kitchen at the rear. There is a separate dining area off the living room. The main double bedroom is very attractively presented with pretty soft furnishings, and there is also a single bedroom for a third guest if required. The bathroom is bright and modern with a bath and shower over.
Alness is an attractive, predominantly stone, Highland village which is famed for its flower displays in season. It has an excellent range of facilities, including supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, cafés, takeaways and small interesting shops. It is ideally located for exploring the whole of the Highlands, with the renowned North Coast 500 route passing close by. There are numerous places of interest within easy reach and stunning sandy beaches are just 15 minutes’ drive away. The nearby peninsular, known as the Black Isle due to its rich dark soil, is a few minutes’ drive away. Boat trips run from here to encounter the resident bottle nosed dolphins which live in these waters.
Golfers are spoilt for choice, with an excellent course just 300 yards away and many other well-known links courses close by, including Royal Dornoch, Tain, Golspie and Brora. Fishing, hill and forest walking, kayaking, sailing, and wildlife-watching are all local pastimes. It is also easily accessible to Inverness, the capital of the Highlands, just 20 minutes’ away. Loch Ness, Culloden Battlefield and Fort George are just a few of the many interesting places to visit. Beach 15½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 300 yards.
