About this house rental
This 3 bed 3.5 bath Bradenton Beach Oasis will send you straight to relaxation town with its modern and well-appointed setting. It is nestled away on a quiet street just off of Gulf Drive and a few minutes walk to the white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Located within walking distance to the many shops and restaurants in Bradenton Beach, this home will give you everything you want in an island escape, while still allowing you the luxuries that you would hope for on a tropical vacation. Featuring a private, heated, pool and outdoor dining area, it will be hard to beat!
As you retire for the evening, downstairs you will find an oversized master KING bedroom and ensuite bath complete with walk-in shower, large vanity, and Jacuzzi tub. Upstairs, you will find the 2nd bedroom with a KING bed and private ensuite bathroom. The large deck directly off this KING bedroom benefits from continual sea breeze while allowing you to admire the beautiful Gulf views.
Downstairs also features the 3rd bedroom complete with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 twins total) and TV for guests of all ages to enjoy.
*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

This house is very close to the beach and the pool is great for hanging out in the evening. We did have one issue when we arrived and it took a couple communication attempts but it did get resolved within 48 hours. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed inside as well as umbrellas, chairs and a wagon outside for the beach. It has a full size coffee pot(not just a Keurig) which we also appreciated. We have tall teenage boys and the bunk beds weren’t quite big or sturdy enough for them.We made it work but something to keep in mind. The bunk room is ideal for younger kids in my opinion. Quick note: There is a great deal of construction going on surrounding the house. We were at the beach most of the day and were not disturbed by it but it may be a nuisance to those who are seeking quiet. Overall we had a great stay at this house and would recommend to anyone traveling to beautiful AMI for a vacation.

This house is located in the middle of the hustle and bustle. You can drive north it gets busier and you can drive south and it gets busier. But a perfect walk to the beach. The best part about it is the pool that provides relief from the beach when it gets hot. The pool is perfect for all ages.

We had a great 6 day stay at this beach vacation rental. I give the whole experience a 5 star rating. Best parts:-having your own heated pool! The pool was great and perfect for our 3 kids (aged 4-11)-the beach really is two blocks away and since it is not near the more public part, it was not crowded and we felt COVID safe and had lots of room to spread out. They had everything you needed: a wagon, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, buckets, etc.-kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies, lots of towels, extra pillows, fans, etc. I saw a high chair and pack n play as well.-the drive into Anna Maria/Holmes Beach/Pine street was so worth it! we spent a lazy morning there and really liked it. Great food there!Some things we noted, that DID NOT take away from the experience: -the 3rd bedroom is more of an open air loft, there is no door and a skinny spiral staircase to get up. The bathroom up there is also open. So, the person in that room needs to be mobile and a sound sleeper, as you can hear everything up there-The master is in a separate part of the house...which was great but I was very glad I brought a baby monitor because the kids were so far away from me.-There is no accessibility for mobile impaired people, lots of stairs-this part of the beach/Anna Maria is not walkable to restaurants/shops. I did not know the area well when I booked. Yes, a group of adults could walk the about mile to some restaurants, but it was too far for my kids. Not a deal breaker, just something we discovered.-As I find with many Airbnb/VRBOs, what is in the kitchen always varies. This is one where nothing is left behind, so no condiments, no oils, nothing like that. So make sure to stock up on your way inOverall we loved our stay, give it 5 STARS and would book again!Thank you for everything!
