PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. This is a large spacious home. It`s great for large business groups, family and friends. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to `party` in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors to those around the home and for the neighborhood. So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.
While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the `no partying`, we also limit the cars to two cars to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.
You will not have use of the fireplace during your stay.
The entire home is setup for the guest to use exclusively for their stay. We are very quick to respond to texts. But we are available easily by phone, email, you name it.
Do you have a pet to bring? Please inform the host before arrival. A $99 pet fee must be paid before arrival.

Slightly disappointed with cleanliness, suspect pet hairs everywhere - previous occupants might have had pets.
Missed the details as per listing - definitely cannot house up to 8 guests.

Very spacious with 2 master bedrooms. Updated appliances Townhouse can do with a new paint job. Walls dirty. Also needs updated furnitures. They are old and worn. Communication was excellent. Everything we needed. Thank you.

Nice neighborhood with great park within walking distance.
Top notch appliances and bedding, Large TV’s in living room and both bedrooms.
Quaint sitting area in back to watch small chipmunks and a variety of birds.
