Flow on Frank is thoughtfully equipped for extended stays, making it an ideal choice for families waiting on repairs, insurance housing placements, corporate relocations, military assignments, medical stays, or anyone needing comfortable temporary housing. Guests who stay 28 nights or longer receive a special extended-stay discount, making longer visits even more affordable.

🚗 Sloped driveway: The driveway has an incline, so we recommend backing in to make unloading luggage and groceries easier.
🌿 Open backyard: The yard is spacious but not fenced, and our friendly neighbors help make the area feel welcoming and neighborly.

While the area is not a newly developed subdivision, it offers something many travelers value: a genuine local experience in a welcoming, family-oriented community. It’s a place where people know their neighbors, take pride in their homes, and create the kind of warm environment that helps visitors feel right at home.
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES
- No Parties or Events ($300 fine + damage cost)
- No Pets ($150 fine + $100 cleaning fee)
- No Smoking or Drugs ($250 fine + cleaning costs)
- No Illegal Activities
- No Overnight Guest over number stated in reservation ($25 fee per guest per night)
- Quiet Hours: 11PM - 7AM daily
- Check-In 4PM / Check-Out 10AM ($25/hr fee if checkout is delayed)
CAMERAS
- Ring doorbell at front door
- Side and Backyard cameras for safety and insurance purposes
Internet Service: Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. Service can sometimes be erratic. We are not responsible for internet issues or provide technical support, and no refunds are issued for internet service problems.
Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises. Any property damage must be reported to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit or reported to the booking platform.
Agreement to House Rules: Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these House Rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
