Perfect in every way!

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff, our room (very spacious with a huge window overlooking the village), the pool, the breakfast. We only stayed for one night and I really wish we could have stayed for longer. The village is quiet but so peaceful. We had a great evening meal at a very reasonable price, finished with a game of bocce, I'd absolutely return should we be travelling in Italy again. Perfect in every way!

Superb

The dinner was usually perfect, Pizza, grilled meet or fish, Risotto, noodles, Insalata, etc. Everything we had was perfect, very friendly staff. Pool was a nice place, some garden area in Front of the terrasse, Suite which we had was very nicht as well and everything was new in it.

Breakfast was poor, Basically no Service, If you are lucky you will see som eggs, Coffeemachine was not that great. TV has only 3 or 4 German speaking channels, but this is ok.

Jumping off point to the Dolomites

An amazing spot to start an adventure into the Dolomites and see the mountains from the top of the world! The hotel has a partnership with an Enduro Training center and offer small 200-350 CC enduro bike rentals/tours! Absolutely one of the best ways to experience the Dolomites! The restaurant offers wonderful selections of pizzas, beef, pork and game choices for lunch and dinner!

We wished we'd had more time here!

This hotel had loads to offer; we would gladly have stayed a lot longer than our one night stop-over. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the building and grounds were lovely. The food in the restaurant was good. There was plenty to do in the surrounding area, too.

Only one minor thing - pillows were flat and a little on the hard side for us.

Errori di prenotazione da parte della struttura senza rimedio soddisfacente.

Posizione, struttura sia internamente che esternamente

Trattamento decisamente discutibile. Colazione con prodotti confezionati. Prenotata una quadrilocale (1 matrimoniale e 2 lettini per me, mio marito e mia figlia di 10 anni) consegnata standard matrimoniale con culla. Chiedo spiegazioni e mi hanno detto che c'è stato un errore da parte loro che hanno accettato prenotazione per sbaglio. Ci propongono due stanze per lo stesso prezzo. Noi accettiamo, nostro malgrado (erano le 17 e non avremmo saputo che fare). Ceniamo nella struttura (prezzi esagerati, 18 euro un risotto!), colazione standard con prodotti confezionati. Ci aspettavamo almeno la cena offerta causa disguido (abbiamo dovuto dormire separati), ma nulla, quasi delle scuse tirate. Per un 3 stelle è davvero un comportamento poco adeguato. Peccato, perché la struttura merita, ma consiglio più umiltà e soprattutto rispetto per i clienti. Una cena da 35 euro potevano offrirla, non per i 35 euro, ma per il gesto. Comportamento inclassificabile!

Bella posizione, ottimo ristorante ma camere piccole e non pulite

L'hotel si trova in una bella posizione nel borgo. Gli esterni sono molto curati e piacevoli. Il ristorante e' ottimo sia per i prezzi che per il menu proposto. Per quanto abbiamo avuto dei problemi al check in, lo staff si e' mostrato molto disponibile.

Le stanze sono piccole e offrono poco comfort. Avevamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale superior con letto matrimoniale e culla ma quando siamo arrivati la culla non era stata preparata e la camera non aveva il letto matrimoniale ma due lettini separati (unibili pero'). Quando abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza, si e' presentato il problema che la culla non entrava nell'altra superior. Alla fine ci hanno spostato in una stanza matrimoniale standard dove ci hanno portato la culla solo alle 18 (siamo arrivati verso le 16). La pulizia della camera era superficiale. Polvere sotto il letto, sporco e ragnatele dietro all'armadio, spazzolino del wc molto sporco.

struttura molto bella per i servizi un pò meno per le camere

albergo con piscina e altre attività sportive, comodissimo il parcheggio interno privato, angoli nel verde molto ben curati con ombrelloni, gazebo ecc. Noi eravamo solo di passaggio e abbiamo usurfruito solamente per una notte della camera e dell'ottima colazione decisamente varia e gustosa. Abbondante e gradita fornitura di saponi, shampoo, bagnoschiuma ecc Personale molto gentile

la camera che ci hanno assegnato era piuttosto stretta e con due letti singoli nei quali io e mio marito abbiamo dormito un pò stretti non essendo abituati al letto singolo, il bagno molto piccolo con acqua nella doccia che passava da bollente a gelata, e nessun gancio per appendere il salviettone per la doccia. . purtroppo mancavano le due abat-jour per una eventuale lettura serale perciò o si teneva la luce principale accesa oppure la testata che era debolmente retroilluminata. la cosa spiacevole è che la camera mancava di aria condizionata, quindi a causa dell'elevata temperatura estiva abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte che non erano dotate di zanzariera. Al mattino ci siamo svegliati trovando numerose macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola e anche per terra e alcuni insetti schiacciati che ci avevano punto durante la notte.

Hotel situé dans la montagne. Superbe vue. Notre suite était juste magnifique. Décoration, espace, qualité des matériaux, confort. Le petit déjeuner était très bien fourni et variait chaque jour. Le top était aussi le restaurant le soir. Top qualité des plats. Produits frais, bien cuisiné et servis. Pour des prix plus que raisonnables. Personnel très sympathique.

L'eau de la piscine un peu trop froide.
