Good value for money

Location, spacious and clean rooms, parking next to the entrance.

Opening the door with the phone did not work for us. We had to contact the owners and they were kind to arrive and give us a physical key. During the night the fire alarm went off without there being a fire, which of course didn’t allow for a quiet night. An employee came to check on the alarm and found nothing that would explain setting it off.

Excellent value for money

It’s cheap, in the middle of Breno, which is a hidden gem. I paid just a little extra for breakfast, and was expecting a croissant and coffee, which would have made me happy - turned out it was a luxurious breakfast buffet

When I returned at night, the building and hallways were quite dark - great setting for a Stephen King novel

Superb

Everything about this place was amazing. It only seems an hostel but it's more like a hotel...or at least it feels like it. The room was huge - they gave me a triple even if I booked a single room (probably because there were few people in the hostel). The bathroom was also very nice, spacious and clean. The girl at the reception was really kind and helpfull and she gave me great tips about the city and the surroundings.

Lack of heating (there was unfortunately a problem with the system that I hope next time would be solved)

Very kind and friendly host; first room we’ve stayed was huge, clean, with a mountain view and a view to our parking spot. Kitchen is well equipped. Building itself is very spacious and clean. Bidet in a toilet.

Just 2 shampoo packs for two of us for 3 days; The another room we’ve been relocated to (because we decided to extend our stay for another one day too late - so not host’s fault) was less pleasant - scratched furniture, uncomfortable mattress, broken fan in a toilet; laundry is not inside of the hotel, but 5 mins away by foot (not a huge deal I think, but just worth to mention)

l'idea del recupero urbano di un ex edificio pubblico (presumo una scuola) e renderlo accessibile al pubblico per soggiornarvi.

a volte la difficoltà di parcheggio (stalli piccoli) a causa della maleducazione di altri ospiti (fuori stalli o auto storte) e, un posto occupato perennemente da una auto che non era degli ospiti...

Die Herberge liegt zentral aber ruhig, ist sauber, Zimmer sind groß, Parkplatz vorhanden.

Das Frühstück gab es nicht in der Herberge selbst, sondern im Hotel, mehrere 100m entfernt. Es gab aber reichlich Auswahl am Buffet und für alle war was Passendes zu finden, frisches Obst und etwas Gemüse, Ei und Speck, mehrere Sorten Brot... Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war geräumig und obwohl ich alleine unterwegs war hatte ich ein Zimmer mit 3 Betten! Das persönliche Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr groß. Alles war sehr sauber.

Das einzig negative war, dass der Check-In nicht persönlich war obwohl die Anreise zu der vorgesehenen Ankunftszeit stattfand. Alles ging per WhatsAp. Nach einigem herumprobieren hat dann aber schlussendlich alles funktioniert, denn das Smartphone wird jedesmal benötigt um die Zimmertür auf- und abzuschließen. Es ist selten eine Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Aber eine verantwortliche Person war gut telefonisch zu erreichen.

Ostello pulito ma poco economico

La colazione era inclusa. L'ostello ha fatto una convenzione con un hotel a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Colazione davvero buonissima e grande. Forse non tanto ideale in inverno con il freddo. Consiglio di prendere la macchina!!

Non si poteva scegliere la temperatura della stanza e uno dei letti era molto scomodo. Essendo un ostello, speravamo di pagare meno ma pazienza. I prezzi intorno sono alle stelle, quindi ci siamo accontentati per una notte è andata bene. Un'altra cosa che ci sarebbe piaciuta è l'accoglienza, che non c'è stata né la sera né al mattino. Una volta era una cosa primaria, oggigiorno non se ne sente forse più la necessità
