Location in the old part of town, but outside the backpacker hub. Back from the street so I did not hear street traffic
The locking of the front gate. I did not know this until the second night. I had to find an alternative fire escape route in case of an emergency. Based on this experience I investigated this at all vietnam hotels

I liked the staff members, they were very friendly and were able to respond all my request.
Hot water did not come out in the shower.
