Pleasant stay in the city centre

The hosts were very friendly and kind. The apartment is well equipped, and location is perfect.

It's a little bit noisy for sleeping with open windows.

Comfortable and Excellent

The room was bigger than we tought, very clean and well maintained. It had all amenities listed and the whole room smells very nice, including its fabric (towel, blanket, etc). AC heater was available so that we can sleep comfortably without feeling cold. Location is also very good as it is just next to a big supermarket. I wish I had the opportunity to stay longer!

In the city

The apartment is well located, near town, shops and restaurants. The kitchen has all that you need, the bed is comfortable and the water is hot. The owners gave us very good directions to the parking area and parking is free. All communication was quick and easy.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift access.

A home away from home/very convenient for first time travelers to Kumanovo.

The apartment: The apartment is very clean, conveniently located in the center of the city and literally a city block away from the bus stop. The grocery store is directly next to the apartment and there is a bank close by as well. The staff/owners: They were absolutely wonderful and always available to assist me in any way possible. Even when I had questions or needed help with something, within 5 minutes, someone arrived to help me. They literally treat you like a good friend, and when you're not familiar with the language or the city, that's extremely helpful 💗 The only thing I would note; the apartment is several floors up and doesn't have a lift/elevator, so it isn't possible for handicapped people to travel all the way up the stairs- BUT the bright side to this is that they have a balcony with a city view that's very nice. It's enjoyable to sit outside and just relax. (however I think they might be adding an elevator/lift in the future because I have noticed other buildings doing so.) 5 stars. Absolutely recommend. I'd love to stay again in the future.

So and so

We rented the entire apparent for 2 families with kids. Inside the apartment there is everything you need to feel comfortable: TV, refrigerator, shower, confy beds. Everything is modern, new and clean.

Although inside the apartment is very nice and pleasant, outside is a different story. It is situated in a old communist type of flat that looks a little discouraging and sad. Although the area is central, it didn't seem to be too safe and we were worried about safety of our cars parked outside. We were harassed right from the beginning by some beggars, then during the night some noise teenagers were having beers near the entrance of the flat. In the end all was good and also the owner ensured us that we shouldn't be worried. Being in a central are is also easy to reach at walking distance to some nice restaurants.

Beautiful place in the city center

It is located in the city center; there is a supermarket very close; the apartments were very clean, spacious, equipped even for longer stays (washing machine, a small kitchenette), air conditioning; there is a free parking place; the owner is friendly and helpful; there is also a private parking in the area, roughly 2 eur per day. We liked our stopover in Kumanovo and really enjoyed the accomodation

In case you are a light sleeper, one of the apartments faces the main street, which may be loud during the day, if the window is open. Closed it should be fine.

Beautiful place in city center

We stayed here twice, on the way to our vacation place and back. The apartments are really nice, clean and fresh, located in the city center, supermarket is very close; free parking place, but there is also a private parking place, roughly 2 eur per day. The apartments are equipped also for a longer stay (washing machine, small kitchenette). We really enjoyed the place. The owner is friendly and helpful.

The windows of one apartment face the main street. If you are a light sleeper, you may find it noisy, when the windows are open. Closed it should be fine.
