The accommodation is almost in the center, in a busy street. Private parking close the entrance, entry secured by a chip. Large one-room, clean apartment. Cool water prepared in the fridge. A clean modern bathroom with a big shower corner. We used it for one night before traveling through Serbia.

Everything is near, although in the cosy apartment you don't hear the outside noise of the city. Beautifully arranged and they did put an effort to make it private.

Great place for a few days, be aware of Google maps

Communication with host was great, location excellent and the flat is very comfy for a few days.

Google Maps misplaces the address badly on a one way street with heavy traffic. Search by the name of the Apartman that would work.

The room was to cold. The air conditioner working all night still couldnt warm up. They use twin beds for couple No signs in the door where is the apartament , hard to find.

Good place to spend the night on the way back from Greece! 8 minutes walk to restaurant Baba Cana

Good location with parking space in front of the building, nice and clean apartment. We enjoyed the refreshments from the fridge, thanks!

The smell in the bathroom was bad and the fact that the person who gave us the keys did not know a word in English was a thumbs-down from me. Keep in mind that is close to city center and Clubs and was busy as hell on Saturday night, could not sleep from the noise until 2 AM. As we were 3 (2 adults and 1 child <15>), the beds were set up only for 2 (I don't know why) maybe it was a mistake from booking.

The property was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the towels soft. The host was very communicative and helped us pick a good place to eat. Everything is close to the apartment.

Great aparatement in the very city center, super clean and comfortable. A small kitchen if you are staying longer and need to prepare breakfast. Would recommend if you stay in Kumanovo

One night in Kumanovo

We liked the fact that it was close to the city center, where you could find shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The city itself is not that great, but we felt pretty comfortable in the apartment. It has everything you might need, good Wifi, A/C, TV (with channels in English), an induction plate, eating utensils, big fridge, balcony. Considering how the city looked, I think this is a middle to high end apartment and offers a good price-comfort ratio. Also, the owner helped us to park the car in front of the building, we even had some shade, which during a heatwave is priceless. We were also happy to find a restaurant that had vegetarian options. We ate at Brooklyn, it's at the other end of the street.

We got there half and hour early and the phone number of the property from booking didn't work. Please take into consideration that in Macedonia (being a non-EU country) turning your mobile data on will cost you a fortune. Also calling or texting is a lot more expensive while in Macedonia. Regardless, we were tired and it was very hot outside so we tried to call, but it didn't work. We were lucky that a neighbor saw us and let us into the building and actually took us to the owner's door (he lives in the same building), then the owner came with us and showed us the apartment and gave us the key. Please clarify beforehand how you will receive the keys to the property, that will simplify things for you. As far as we interacted with people in Kumanovo, they speak a little english, but not a lot, so maybe also input the directions to the locations you are interested in, into your GPS before you get there. :)

It's too cold for take a shower. They don't have any option to warmed up bathroom and main room.

Cleanliness was excellent. The owner of apartament was kind. It's in town centre.

It was the most freezing apartment we have ever booked! It's totally bad experience when you can't sit into the room or go to bathroom - because of very low temperature! In main room they don't have any option which can make this place warmer. Air condition is in sleeping room BUT after 5 hours of working he couldn't make this apartment warm to get sleep. Bathroom is totally cold. In this period of year, you literally can't take a shower!! It's totally unallowable to rent this apartament for 40 EUR (in Kumanovo!) and not to have TWO MAIN THINGS - warmed up rooms and bathroom. When you rent hotel or apartament, in this period of year /January - the most important thing is to have warm place to stay.

Totul a fost foarte bine, aparatament mare, spatios, curat. Apartamentul este in centru cu acces pietonal imediat la orice magazin, benzinărie Lukoil, un mimi mall. Recomand acest apartament, cu siguranta vom reveni.

Prelepo i prijatno iskustvo, planiramo ponovo dolazak.

Lokacija idealna. Apartman je izvanredan, osećali smo se kao kod kuće. Naš apartman je imao pogled na dvorište, mir, tišina, privatnost kakvu samo možete poželeti.U apartmanu nam nije ništa nedostajalo. Čistoća na zavidnom nivou.Sve pohvale za smeštaj i vlasnika. Ako je ocena 10, mi bismo dali 10+. Puno pozdrava za vlasnike, divni i ljubazni.

Od ovoga nije moglo ništa bolje. Stvarno je sve bilo izvanredno.
