Good value for money

Good value for money and ideal location if you want to be near Lyme Regis. We were down for the weekend for a family gathering, we are an adult couple and a single adult. The beds were all comfy and it was great to have two bathrooms. The kitchen is very well appointed and has plenty of space. The parking space is a bonus, as we were mostly driving everywhere due to having a disabled person with us. Lovely pub 5 mins down the road.

Outside space is a bit basic, and could do with some brightening up, but there are some seats with cushions you can grab, and a small table.

Lovely house, warm welcome and would book again

Lovely house, in a location just outside Lyme Regis, you can walk which takes around 20 mins, can fit four people, I did notice a sofa bed as well which is a good thing to have, clean, tidy and a lovely welcome gift on arrival.

One of the single beds has had better days, which could be replaced

Lounge area was comfortable & kitchen was well equipped. Welcome pack was a nice touch.

A tv in the bedroom would’ve been good & some leaflets about nearby attractions would’ve been helpful. An earlier check in time would be better as 5pm is quite late.

Not as clean in kitchen as should of been,steps up to patio extremely steep,also easy knock ones head.patio needs pressure washing,drain needs cleaning out also very small.

Just outside lyme regis, but a lovely walk in or short drive. Private parking was a bonus. Everything that you would need for self-catering and the beds were very comfortable.

There was a smell of smoke in the lounge, and the road was a bit noisy, but it was quiet at night.

We didn't realise how far away we were to walk to a cafe although we found a pub within walking distance for an evening meal.
