L’appartement est accueillant, cosy et spacieux. Livio est super; réactif, il a répondu à toutes nos questions avec gentillesse. L’immeuble est très charmant et très bien placé dans st Gervais. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires on a l’impression de venir chez des amis, la literie est super nous avons très bien dormi, il y a également tout pour cuisiner c’est vraiment agréable, l’appartement est très bien chauffé. Notre séjour a été super nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci!

Hôte très disponible pour répondre aux questions avant l'arrivée et pendant le séjour. L'appartement est très grand, lumineux et très bien équipé. L'appartement est très bien situé au centre de St Gervais, à 5 minutes à pied des commerces, de l’ascenseur qui descend aux thermes et de la gare de St Gervais (départ Tramway du Mont blanc)

La route au pied de l'immeuble est assez passante pendant la journée.

Nice apartment located on the second floor of a historic building. The apartment is fully equipped, with everything you need for cooking. Communication with the host was perfect, very accurate, and highly respectful, with great tips and sightseeing recommendations. Good location near the city center. Charming shops, restaurants, and terraces. Supermarket nearby. Shuttle bus to the ski gondola within walking distance.

As it is a noisy, older building, you can hear a lot. The apartment is located on a busy main road. There is no private parking, but this was not an issue for us since the bus to the ski lift stops just around the corner.
