Anastasia was so welcoming and kind! She was so responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a very happy stay. It is in such a great location!! Right on the Main Street in between two amazing beaches.

I stay regularly and Anastasia makes my stay a home from home.Great location Ag.Nik. Village.Cosy simple room with all I need.Close to everything.Transfer to Airport arranged at departure time.
Sometimes noisy at night as on the street but generally not a problem.

A pleasant place to relax!
A convenient small hotel literally 20 meters from the sea. Despite the austere interior, it has everything you need: a comfortable wide bed, a spacious wardrobe, a basic set of tableware, an electric hot plate, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, pots, a frying pan, and a manual citrus juicer (handy for fresh orange juice!). The very welcoming host, Anastasia, always answers any questions. Cleaning, trash removal, and linen change are done every two days. In the kitchenette, a working extractor hood lets you cook comfortably. Hot water comes from a boiler and is always available. The shower is small, but the tray and curtain make it reasonably comfortable. The refrigerator is roomy. There’s a TV as well, though with the sea nearby it barely matters. Shops are close.
From the nearby stop, a bus to Lefkada costs €2, with the timetable posted there. You can reach the bus station in 20–30 minutes. The town has several old churches, an archaeological museum, lots of little shops and cafés with both European and Greek cuisine, and several supermarkets right next to the bus station. Near the marina there’s an old fortress, though in ruins. In the beautiful lagoon, flamingos were strolling and feeding in autumn.
Not far from the hotel, a path to Milos Beach takes you over a small hill to the neighboring bay. This picturesque walk with wonderful views brings you to a one-and-a-half-kilometer bay of indescribable beauty—this is the main attraction! But Agios Nikitas itself will also delight you with its beach, and you can stroll along the shoreline in different directions. The water is crystal clear, with spots perfect for snorkeling. It’s a wonderful location for both a peaceful and an active holiday. In October, the sea was pleasant for swimming, and warm sunny days lasted until mid-month.

Son emplacement, l’accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse d’Anastasia, le calme si vous êtes sur une chambre derrière, le fait qu’Anastasia fasse la chambre tous les jours, le confort du lit. Le wifi etait bon. La station très touristique est jolie.
La salle de bain minuscule une douche ou il est impossible de ne pas transformer la pièce en piscine, y compris les toilettes proche. La chasse d’eau qui coule très souvent et fait un bruit d’enfer quand on la tire. Pas le moindre verre même pour la brosse à dent ni aucun récipient si on ne le demande pas. Prix mi juin EUR 60.00 la nuit sans petit déjeuner !
