About this apartment rental
Studio Estia is located on the ground floor next to Studio Eolos. It is built of half a meter thick stone wall, which gives a fantastic coolness in summer. The stone is visible inside the house and offers a nice contrast to the wooden furniture. The furniture is worked by the owner of the house itself and give the room a personal touch. A double bed (1.60 wide) and a single bed can accommodate 3 people. 2 more single beds are located in a small wooden cottage, which also includes a separate toilet with shower facilities. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the pool seat (1m deep) and the sea. The spacious outdoor kitchen - 3 burner gas hob, sink, refrigerator, BBQ and a large dining table -. offers the opportunity to enjoy the nature and the sea view while preparing a meal. In the seat pool (4.20 x 2.60 m x 1 m depth) with massage jets you can relax wonderfully.
The walk to the beach of the village of Agios Nikitas takes 5 minutes on foot. Here you can spend the day relaxing on the beach, enjoy a refreshing dip in one of the cafes or enjoy Greek specialties in the tavernas.
By car (private parking available) you are in a few minutes on Pefkoulia beach (2.5km) or on Kathisma beach (4km). Do you spare any effort? A 15-20 minute walk will take you to the beautiful Milos beach.
Porto Katsiki at the southern tip of the island can be reached in about 45 minutes by car.
12 km away is the town of Lefkada, which is wonderful for an evening stroll.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang trotz später Ankunft.
Alles sehr sauber, super Ausblick, sehr gute Außenküche!
Perfekte Lage für Ruhe und trotzdem in drei Minuten zu Fuß im Ort, wo es alles gibt! ( Tavernen Supermärkte...)
Wir haben den dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa magnifica villa di Agios Nikitas. Un luogo davvero magico, ben organizzato e con una vista mozzafiato. La piscina, totalmente a nostra disposizione, è sicuramente al primo posto della nostra vacanza. Ideale per rilassarsi al rientro da una lunga giornata nelle calde e, quasi sempre, affollate spiagge di Lefkada. Anche la cucina esterna è una chicca. Colazione, pranzo e cena, con una vista impagabile. Certo, essendo una cucina esterna, necessiterebbe di una maggiore cura e pulizia. L'appartamento poi ha due zone letto: la prima, interna all'edificio, molto comoda e fresca, con aria condizionata e servizi; la casetta esterna, con due posti letto singoli, non è stata invece altrettanto confortevole: il clima all'interno è poco vivibile di notte a causa della mancanza d'aria (anche tenendo la porta aperta), tanto che abbiamo dovuto far richiesta di un ventilatore, che ci è stato prontamente fornito. Ma forse siamo stati solo sfortunati e abbiamo beccato una settimana particolarmente calda. I proprietari sono stati gentili, mi sarebbe piaciuto vederli e interagire di più con loro. Sono stati comunque a disposizione ogni volta che li abbiamo contattati telefonicamente per varie necessità.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.
Wir haben zu viert eine schöne und entspannende Woche erlebt. Das Haus war toll, die Vermieter sehr nett und das Wetter ein Traum! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
