Central Studios in Agios Nikitas pedestrian zone

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Katerina was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available whenever we needed anything. Communication with her was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable, especially during the hot weather. We also spent many relaxing evenings on the balcony, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Katerina, for your warm hospitality!

Ottima posizione, tutto raggiungibile in pochi passi. Spiaggia bella anche se affollata. Caletta adiacente meravigliosa raggiungibile a nuoto. Milos raggiungibile a piedi, a nuoto o con taxi boat

Sarebbero utili ma non fondamentali una lavatrice e una lavastoviglie

L'alloggio è molto comodo, nel centro del paese a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia e vicino ai supermercati. Struttura pulitissima, ogni due giorni ci venivano cambiati gli asciugamani e ogni 4 le lenzuola; proprietaria estremamente gentile. Viene dato in dotazione anche un comodo ombrellone. Consiglio questo alloggio e se dovessi tornare ad Agios Nikitas prenoterei nuovamente qui.

Mancava un pentolino medio per cuocere riso o pasta.

Very nice position close to the sea and markets. Nice appartament for a couple. Staff does a superficial cleaning every 4 days

Stained towels and bed sheets even if they were changed the same day. The bathroom leaks water when taking a shower.
