The apartment was very close to the beach, which was extremely convenient for our family. Overall, the space was clean and comfortable enough for a small family stay.
During our 7-day stay, the apartment was cleaned only once, and I was expecting cleaning services at least every second day. We did receive clean towels though. The furniture was a bit worn out, which gave the place a slightly dated feel.

Very nice and cozy apartment in the very center of Agios Nikitas. The restaurants, bars and the beach are right by the apartment. It is not loud during the night. Air conditioner functioned properly, also for the gallery there is a very good ventilator. It is a very clean, well equipped and comfortable apartment. Katerina from the apartment helped us with everything, an earlier check in was also possible for us, it was a great pleasure. You find also sun umbrella for the beach in the apartment. The terasse is also lovely. They change the towels, clean the apartment regularly. There is parking possibility on the main road, it is ca. 4-5 minutes on foot from the apartment but be aware of carrying on the road your luggages and the road is steep a bit. We loved so much to stay in Agios Nikitas and in the Central Studios Apartments, thank you once again, we will gladly come here again!❤️

It's nice and clean. Bed linen and towels were changed every 2 days. The location is great. I recommend the Evridiki’s Studios 😊

Very nice position close to the sea and markets.
Nice appartament for a couple.
Staff does a superficial cleaning every 4 days
Stained towels and bed sheets even if they were changed the same day.
The bathroom leaks water when taking a shower.
