I like the place is more accessable for everythings you needs all stafts and reception are very friendly services are very good .

The only complain about this hotel is to allowed the guess to drunk the room but im not sure if they know about that because they are very noise and louder nextroom inside the next room in the middle of the night end my husband going the reception im also regular customer using this hotel all the time because is very good but i have a bad experience just for one night very noisy next door and the wall is not noise proof.apart from that i dont have anybad experience just one night only but hopefully never happen again

The lobby and public areas were nice as the photos lead one to expect. The town of Sorsogon was impressive and organized. The pool and surrounding area were a delight.

The room was twice what we had paid elsewhere in Bicol but no more room of furniture. Don't believe the "20 sq. meter claim - there was a concrete beam intruding along one wall at shoulder height that partially limited access to one side of the bed/ When I got up in the dark I hit my shoulder hard against it. The food in the diner was very disappointing in quality and value. Bottle of mid-tier wine was delivered to table already opened, arousing suspicions.
