    Around 3 AM, the AC TURNED OFF, called the staff but no resolution at all. Airconditioner was not fixed, and we checked out early due to heat. The water is smelly and unbearable. We had to buy drinking water to wash our face and brush our teeth. The comfort room is smelly and too SMALL. Not recommended! Bad experience. Wasted so much money on this trip. 😡 Room is also incorrect, it is supposed to be 1 double bed and one bunk bed! No staff to ask for assistance. Fix your service !

    Beds not clean and washroom too small and stand fan not clean even hot water supply in restroom not working only normal water available for bath. Even they don’t have ref in room. But staff friendly. They did not match with Agoda

    They close the reservation if you book the good price. When I was able to book, they gave us a room close to the kitchen and there is no window, they fit a double bed in a single bedroom so you can just imagine how tiny the room is and you can smell all the food they prepared. I told the receptionist to just cancel the reservation since I did not pay for this kind of room, this room wasn't available when I was booking while I was in front of her. The first 2 bookings that I made were not available so I choose the 3rd in line which is worth ***. And she gave me this tiny room adjacent to the kitchen . It was hot and dark. You can not even breathe. There are better hotels that can give me a better room with the price that I paid. When I made a complaint about the room, another person asked what is the problem and they decided to give us a better room away from the kitchen and has windows. No hair dryers in the old building even if the price is higher.
