    The location is great, near Ayala mall and Sawangan Park. The place is clean but there's a difference from a fan room and an aircon room. No water heater but the body soap, and shampoo are all provided.

    Location is within the center of legazpi city. Cleanliness needs improvement. There were dust in the window and side tables during my stay. Staffs were nice I was able to leave my bag before my check-in time. Overall stay is good.

    This hotel attempted to overcharge us by charging ₱3,000 for a family room. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed us that our reservation was classified as a backpacker booking, and that we were assigned to a room with a fan only. We were also told that if we wanted to upgrade to an air-conditioned room, we would need to pay an additional ₱500 per person. Based on this information, I paid an additional ₱3,000 on top of my online booking payment. Upon check-out, I requested a receipt for the ₱3,000 payment. However, the front desk staff on duty informed me that their records showed we had only paid ₱500. She then asked me to present my Agoda booking, and it was later discovered that we were not actually required to pay the additional ₱3,000. Had I not requested a receipt, I would not have realized that we were incorrectly charged. In addition, the food quality was poor. I requested steamed rice, but was told it was not available as they only serve fried rice, which also triggered my GERD condition.
