Eight of us attended the PowerTrip Festival at the Coachella Grounds in Indio, CA. This house couldn't have been anymore perfect! It exceeded our expectations. With a huge amount of space to easily accommodate all of us. The place was beautiful and we really enjoyed our morning coffee sitting in the hot tub/pool which provides the most amazing views with a gorgeous golf course in the back and stunning mountains beyond that. The setting couldn't have been any better. And the property manager we worked with, Sarah, was fantastic. Very responsive and informative. The perfect host. We cannot say enough great things about this place. Thank you so much for a beautiful place and the hospitality we look forward to renting from your team again!

Upon entering there is a definite wow factor . From that point on get ready for disappointment. The outside patio furniture was filthy and in need of replacement, the pool needed vacuuming or at least swept, the landscaping was all over the deck, the outdoor kitchen was in need of a thorough cleaning
The washing machine leaked out the front door and poured all over the floor
Shower heads were semi clogged and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the dishwasher. The kitchen is supplied with the bare minimum of utensils
They ask for 5 star money but you’re going to get a 3 star residence …
