• All Beds have high quality bedding, either Simmons Beauty Rest or Heavenly mattresses.
• The Master bath has a Jacuzzi, walk in shower with marble throughout the en suite bath.

• All Bedrooms Have HDTV Flatscreens (65", 50, 45", and 42") with a 50" in the Casita.

In January of every year, the (PGA Tour) is played on the Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course/TPC Stadium Course.
You are able to watch the Pro Golfers play from the comfort of your patio!
You will enjoy this prized piece of real estate, and while playing the 14th hole, you can enter this beautiful home for refreshments before continuing play.
The Stadium/Tournament Clubhouse has Ernie's restaurant and grill and is the perfect spot to refresh after your golf round. The Greg Norman Clubhouse is an Australian themed clubhouse with restaurant and bar.
Ask about the seven (7) PGA Tour Level Golf Courses within 15 to 30 minutes available to you! Tennis Courts at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and other La Quinta locations, will sharpen your, and your friends' golf game.
Please Note: As per the City of La Quinta and PGA West HOA mandates, there are two (2) Noise monitors (not recorders) at the home. One is located on the patio and records decibel levels only along with the second noise monitor positioned in the Great Room, again recording decibel levels only.
These noise monitors should insure that the neighbors do not complain, resulting in a noise fine not being assessed.
If you would like the large pool heated, the daily fee is $150 for the months of October through April, and $100 daily for May through September.
After reaching 100 degrees, there is no charge for the first 90 minutes daily of the Hot Tub usage.
90 minutes should be plenty of time at 100 degrees plus.
Or, if you like, $150 daily for unlimited usage.
This extra fee is due to the tiered utility charges in La Quinta!

This was our second time staying at this property, and we immediately booked it for a third! You can't beat the location, and we were very comfortable with a party of 12.

Our group of friends stayed at Bill's home for the 2nd time to attend Coachella and had a great stay. The home is well furnished, comfortable, and very clean. And the outside area is awesome. We enjoyed hanging by the pool and grilling. Very good location and the community itself is very nice. Bill was easy to communicate with, though we didn't have any issues. Looking forward to staying again next year!

This house has plenty of room for a gathering of 10 or even 12. The pool and view from the backyard are beautiful. I like where the house sits on the golf course. It’s in a location that is not likely to have stray balls. We never saw one. Also it is across the fairway from the golf cart path. Bill, the owner, was very responsive when we had issues.
