Everything was great except the AC required controls of not turning down the AC below 76 degrees. The house was uncomfortable sleeping, it felt warm and stuffy. The fan in the master did not turn on without the lights and the one in the back bedroom was too noisy to use.Why was the 76 degrees a hard stop on temp control?. Not sure we would rent if that is in place on a future visit. Otherwise the house and location was great.

Fantastic property. Great neighborhood. Safe and quiet. House is huge and so much privacy from room to room. Unobstructed views of the 15th hole and mountains at the Nichols Tourny course. Would definitely stay again!

Great lovely location. Note there is no privacy as the living room curtains don’t close.
