The room was spacious and clean for my family of four. The host was very accommodating with our bags that arrived before us, as well as the day of before we could check in.
The street outside was a bit noisy.

Had the best experience yet, great location for shopping and access to bus and train stations. I want to live here!! The Cafe has a great lunch and many other places to eat close by. Our room had a full tatami tea room, amazing!! The facilities extremely maintained, everything seems brand new from the hall flooring to the washer/dryer. Very comfortable and secure.
Nothing! The facility was perfect for us and had so many nice features. Next trip we plan to return and explore more of this area. There's a short bus ride to a Ninja/Samauri museum that we highly recommend, gives a wonderful history of Japan and a fun throwing star competition at the end!

Very big and spacious room. Loved the tatami room. Very convenient location and there’s a lovely bakery a few doors down
There wasn’t much storage for clothes and to hang clothing. There was one clothing rack but using it would mean blocking the washing machine

Room was nicely decorated and had most of what was needed. Twin Beds comfy. Tea making facilities were nice. Location was tucked away but near a tram line which takes you north. There is a lift for taking luggage up but realised after using the stairs. Let us drop bags. Good size room
for Tokyo but no warmth from staff.
Access most times of day via back entrance. No real
