    This is my 5th Nine Hours branch, and as I always say, Nine Hours is one of the best capsule hotel options throughout Japan. The only thing I wish they had is a laundry area—even just two washing and drying machines would be enough. This branch is conveniently located near the main station, with plenty of convenience stores nearby. What I really liked about this particular branch is the spacious locker area, which makes it much easier to organize your things, and the lockers themselves are quite big. There are also plenty of shower cubicles, so you rarely have to wait to shower. The sleeping area is smaller compared to other Nine Hours branches, but I actually like this because it feels less crowded, especially around the elevators. The lounge area could have more counter-style seating instead of sofas, since most guests seem to use it mainly for eating and charging their devices. Overall, I had another great stay at Nine Hours and would definitely stay here for a whole week if they had a laundry area!

    The hostel was excellent, especially in terms of location. The cleanliness was outstanding, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. The staff cleaned the entire property daily, and they provided sleepwear and slippers, which were replaced every day as well. I would definitely book this hostel again when I return to Nagoya.

    This is the whole hopeless place in my place, more like a prison, to reduce the issue the Indians guest try not to explain and in hope to get away from argument, was asked to leave property,11 am exactly and come back at 3 pm, this is not 24 hour stay and misleading, it should be hours stay instead, and against the laws as well, the customer service here was almost a shit, no bother say and just ask to leave, I have submitted complaints to the Japan consumer rights and property violation including, no explanation and just ask to read , the whole property one life for 6th floor above separate by gender and nightmares , if you homeless and this is the best place for you, this also includes as you to take baggage and leave the building each day and find your own , and do stupid rules check in daily, what was wandering this hostel management are dumb or what..anyway, we have lodge a complaint of seriousness, we like to play crooked property
