The lobby atmosphere was very ordinary, and the staff’s service was quite disappointing. Almost all of the staff were foreign employees, and the service was honestly very disorganized.
After checking in, I left my luggage at the hotel. When I came back later and was about to go to my room, the staff told me that there was no record of my information. The breakfast voucher was also given to me later, and no one explained anything properly. For example, they did not explain how to use the air conditioning, even though there was an instruction sheet in the room.
Another staff member was also extremely difficult to communicate with. Whenever I asked a question, the answer was completely unrelated to what I had asked. Eventually, a Japanese staff member seemed unable to watch the situation any longer and stepped in to take care of everything.
The room itself was relatively okay, but the bathroom was the worst part. It had a very strong musty smell, which seemed to come from the shower curtain. The automatic bidet nozzle in the toilet was extremely dirty and absolutely unacceptable. After seeing how dirty it was, I did not feel comfortable using it at all.
Overall, the room was acceptable, but the poor service, lack of communication, and especially the cleanliness of the bathroom made this a very disappointing experience.
