Hausd - Leicester Square

Great location! Clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable

We were there this past weekend. The weather was really warm. Inside the apartment it was too warm. There were 2 fans which we had on constantly but it made little difference. It needs ac for these summer months. It was actually a relief to go outside to get some air.

Fabulous location, comfortable for a week stay. Appreciated the 2 fans in the May heatwave. A little thing but great to have a large wardrobe for unpacking and bag storage.

Nothing. But a warning. Although on the first floor, there are 50 steps.

In Chinatown. Very central and 5 min walk to Leicester sq station. Very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen excellent. Cleaned to very good level. Bathroom small but practical. M&S grocery across the road and Sainsbury's down the road. Many theaters close by.

Up 5 flights of stairs so don't bring large luggage. Around the corner from fire station so sirens frequent..but luckily bedroom on other side of flat. In summer quite balmy without aircon

The location was excellent and the beds very comfortable. Nicely decorated. The man who came to fix our problems was exceptional, don’t know his name but he was able to fix everything.

We had a few issues. When we arrived we could not turn the tap on in one of the showers so had a shower in other bathroom but couldn’t turn the tap off so water ran for over half an hour until someone came to fix it. He said both needed new taps. In one of the bedrooms the bed lights didn’t work and in the other bedroom the hairdryer had one plug broken off. The internet was terrible with an extremely slow speed. All the problems were fixed with new taps, lights fixed and he did a speed test and confirmed the speed we had also tested. It was also extremely hot being on the top floor and given the price charged I think air conditioning or portable air conditioners need to be installed. So although all the problems were fixed I would expect that all those things should have been part of pre checks before people check in.
