The location is great!
The couch is against a leaning wall so very uncomfortable. Plus you can see how other people’s head have been rubbing against that wall. Also the photos made me think there’s a balcony - which there is not. Very few towels

Very spacious and well equipped apartment, well suited to self catering but also surrounded by places to eat out. Location is so good, right in the heart of London, and even though literally a short stones throw from Leicester Square it was very quiet/calm once you stepped through the door.
Bathroom floor really needs attention before somebody hurts themselves on loose boards. Dishwasher was playing up a bit too and might need some attention (may be linked to plinth that kept catching and needs trimming to accomodate the door opening)
A minor issue but short on cutlery and glasses so they just need topping up. Some coat hooks would also have been really handy.

great location. large rooms and open living areas.
lift and apartment complex good condition.
kitchen and bathroom both had water damage and needed repairing.
wi-fi was poor and not able to use netflix in bedroom.
