No real people were there to tend to the guest. they gave me keys to someone else unit and I walked in on a man and his wife which could have ended dangerous I wasn’t compensated for this matter and I couldn’t reach a team that cared to talk about it the whole trip and still have not to this day. place was quiet I had t change one bed set when I got it because it was poorly washed but it’s a flexible area and man amenities around .

We didn’t have a vacuum to clean up at the end. I was asked to venmo up front and this was not advertised on booking.com

I cook my own breakfast in that nice kitchen. Plus the location was great.

Air-conditioning vent was full of dirt So many stains on rug A bit damaged couch Wooden panels on the floor was damaged and even moving. No detergent so I had to buy some Kitchen gadgets are not washed properly and damaged, so I couldn't cook at all. When I checked in, the front desk in the building didn't have keys so I couldn't stay there on the first night of my booking. They provided another flat which was one bedroom unit instead of two bedroom apartment where was far from the original place. The Pelican residence that is managing this apartment didn't get back to me about refunding of the first night yet.
